At Elephantsity you can feel 100% safe ordering footwear online! We offer one free size replacement if the shoes you ordered don't fit. You just have to pick the size you would like to try and we will send it to you absolutely for free. You can choose a replacement 2 sizes bigger or smaller than the ones delivered. More than 2 sizes will be considered a customer input error, in this case we are not able to replace your order. (replacement requests are accepted up to 30 days after product delivery)
At Elephantsity we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase, you can return it to us for an exchange or a full refund, minus the original shipping cost within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us using our contact form to initiate a return.
If there is something wrong with your item, you can choose a full refund or an exchange. We will inspect the returned product once received and issue a credit or send an exchange.
What Else Should I know?
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Orders older than 30 days are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Custom and Clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- If your product was incorrect or damaged when received, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Our desire is for every purchase to be exactly as promised.
- All returned items are inspected and must be in the condition you received them. Must include original packaging.
- If you are sent the wrong item or your item is damaged in any way, Elephantsity will provide a pre-paid return label. If the item is being returned for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Your refund will include the price of your item plus any taxes, but will not include original shipping charges or tax on shipping charges. There may also be a restocking fee if your item was not returned because of damage or an incorrect item being sent.
- Credit for your return will be issued after we've inspected your returned item(s). The time may vary, but will usually occur within 2-3 business days after receipt. Refunds via credit card may take time to appear in your credit statement. Please allow one full billing cycle.
Order Modifications or Cancellation
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team at email@example.com and request order modifications or a cancellation. We will do our best to attempt order cancellation within this time frame. Please note cancellation is not guaranteed, we will do our best to stop your order, nevertheless in some situations the order goes through to our factory sooner, which does not enable us to halt the production process.
At Elephantsity, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product. Thankfully it is rather unusual! But, if it is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.
All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our helpful support staff will organize a reprint or a refund for you!
Refunds/replacements can be requested up to 30 days after the order was marked as delivered by the postal service, after this time period we are unable to issue refunds or replacements.
Customs,Duties, and Taxes
Elephantsity is not responsible for any customs and/or taxes applied to your order. We export products to dozens of countries which all have completely different laws of taxation. All fees imposed by your government during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Order not received
If your item has not arrived within 30 days for apparel products and 45 days for pillow covers, shoes, bedding or bags after having ordered, contact one of our team members through our contact us page for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.)
